Silke Schönborn is a photographer living in Germany with a deep passion for minimalist architectural and landscape photography. She reduces her images to their central elements to highlight their unique character. By deliberately omitting unnecessary details, focusing on a few elements, neutral tones, and plenty of negative space, her photographs feel calm and soothing. Her love of detail is certainly due to her background in architecture.
